The Holistic Living Prayer

The Invocation Mantra:

The following mantra is chanted in the beginning of every Weekly HL Forum, and the then meaning is read out by the moderator:

Transliteration: Om Purnamadah Purnamidam Poornat Poornamudachayate. Poornasya Poornamadaya Poornamevavashisyayate. Om Shantih, shantih shantihi.

Meaning: All that is perceptible here is basically infinite. The 'cause' of all of this 'effect' too is one infinite truth. If we just negate the notion of 'separate independent existence' of all 'effects' then we come to directly realize the one transcendental infinite divinity as our very Self. May there be peace to all.

Concluding Holistic Prayer:

The following prayer is chanted in the end of the Weekly HL Forum:

Transliteration:

Om Sarvesham Swastir bhavatu
Sarvesham Shantir bhavatu
Sarvesham Poornam bhavatu
Sarvesham Mangalam bhavatu

Sarve bhavantu sukhinah
Sarve santu niramayaha
Sarve bhadrani Pashyantu
Ma kashchit dukhabhag bhaweta

Meaning:

May there be auspiciousness for all.

May there be peace to all.

May there be fulfillment for all.

May there be blessedness for all.

May all be happy.

May all be healthy.

May all realize that which is the ultimate truth.

May no one ever be unhappy.
