The HL Resolve

The following is the text of HL Members Resolve, which is read out by the Moderator and is repeated by all the members of the Forum.

- This is one big and extremely beautiful world, free from any divisions. All fragmentations are imaginary and ultimately do not exist. They are all man-made. I resolve to remember this all the time and never let some artificial divisions dominate the factual unity and oneness.

- Everything in this world is intimately inter-connected, and there is perfect order and harmony all over. However small or insignificant, everything has a profound role to play in the existence and continuity of this beautiful world and its order. I feel elated to realize that I am a part of this wondrous world. I am not only a beneficiary of this order but also have a responsibility to help maintain and sustain this order and harmony. I resolve to do my best to do this.

- By being a part of this whole, I am never alone. I am always with the totality¸ the Supreme Intelligence, which has not only created but is maintaining all this. My breathing, my very existence, my experiences, all point to the presence and showering of the endless blessings of an All Pervasive Divinity on me. I resolve never to let the awareness of the presence of a great beloved ever leave me.

- Life is multi-faceted, and I resolve to live a complete life. I can afford to work, dance, sing and do all such good things, because I know that I have the blessings of God. I resolve to think big and for the well-being of one and all. I realize that I can contribute to the well-being of totality by giving out my best, every moment of my life. This is all I can and also need to do. May my work and profession be the tools of my Worship.

- I resolve to make the most of each and every present moment of my life. I pray for being blessed with the capacity and disposition to live every present moment holistically, which means - integrally, intensely, inspiringly, creatively, lovingly & intelligently. The past is dead & gone. It was one day a present moment, but now is history never to come back again. I will learn from the past only to help live my present properly. The future is yet to come. I will dream of the best possible time ahead, only for the singular objective to live in perfect tune with the totality and live every moment which shall finally come as a present.

- I am full of gratitude for one and all - the people, animals, birds, flowers, air, sun, stars, my forefathers, the learned ones of the past and present, and also God - the Supreme Intelligence which presides over all this for giving me this beautiful lively gift of the present moment and life.

- May I start my each and every day with a feeling of blessedness. May I give out my best in my work and be a perfect instrument in the hands of totality to help make this world all the more beautiful place to live, with greater Love & Light.
