Stress - the giant
killer :
Stress has been taking a great toll. The
diseases in its armory attack us at various levels, and make sure that
the victim is thoroughly incapacitated. Researches show that at times
more than 75% of patients visiting doctors directly or indirectly have
stress-induced-illnesses.
The important diseases at our physical,
psychological and behavioral levels are as follows :

Physical level :
Increased palpitations
Blood pressure
Heart ailments
Headache
Neck ache
Backache
Stomach-ache
Fatigue/Exhaustion
Indigestion
Sweaty hands & feet
Trembling
Allergy etc.
B. Psychological

Note : All these illnesses may not be
seen in every person leading a stressful life. Inflictions also depend
upon individual constitutions.
