In this Section we present to you the main
points of our special package on Stress Management, which has been
developed by Swami Atmananda. We call it Holistic Stress Management
Package. The basic thrust of the package is as per the approach of
Bhagwad Gita. Here we just present the basic & broad framework of the
topics and the thrust of approach. They reveal the basis on which the
problem is dealt with. The details of each point is explained &
elaborated personally by Swamiji in his special Workshops.
In all, the package has Ten Points,
which for convenience sake have been divided into three parts :
